The following costs include both packing and shipping via Royal Mail:

Within the UK: We aim to have it delivered 2-3 working days from day of placing the order. Cost £1.00

Europe: You should receive your item within 3-5 working days. Cost £3

Rest of the World: Between 7-10 days. Cost £4

These estimates are set by Royal Mail. Your item may take slightly longer than this to arrive, or may land on your doorstep sooner than you expected. Either way, if you experience any problems, please get in touch with us. Thanks!

Return Policy

Returns
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or if unavailable a full refund will be offered. We will retain proof of postage to claim any losses due to damage in the post. No returns will be accepted for any other reason. Damaged/faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of purchase, by filling out a contact form - you'll find the link on the bottom right of our music page.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
